Felt Safety : A Missing Piece at the Dinner Table
Presented by Karen Dilfer, MS, OTR/L
It’s easy for grown-ups to forget to prioritize a child’s sense of safety and comfort during mealtimes. This talk discusses how providers can prioritize safety and connection for children who struggle to enjoy eating. Many practical examples are given to help practitioners apply the information to their own practice.
