Flow rates vary widely from one product to another and product labels often do not accurately reflect the flow rates of the product. In this talk, I will review what we know about flow rates from bottle nipples, including some important recent changes in products, and why this matters for feeding babies safely.\n \nPlease note this event is taking place at 6:30 pm Central Standard Time, and will be held virtually via Zoom. She is a clinician, with a background of caring for medically complex infants in the neonatal ICU, and currently owns her own private practice providing breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support to infants and families in the community. She is a researcher and has published over 50 articles related to feeding in infants and young children.
